The South Western Ontario Dairy Symposium is organized by Dairy Farmers of Ontario through its Dairy Producer Committees in Essex-Kent, Lambton, Middlesex, Elgin, Huron, Perth, Oxford, Waterloo, Wellington, Brant, Norfolk, Wentworth, Haldimand and Niagara Counties, in co-operation with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness.
It is a one-day Speaker Program covering current topics and issues important to Ontario dairy producers with a complementary tradeshow and a catered lunch featuring new and innovative Canadian dairy products.
