The 189th Annual

Share What You Know, Show What You Grow

We’re thrilled to announce that the 189th Woodstock Fair is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever! This year’s event will feature an incredible midway packed with thrills for all ages, plus an exciting new partnership with Your Local Ribfest to bring even more mouthwatering food, entertainment, and fun.

Admission is once again FREE, making it easier than ever for everyone to come out and enjoy a weekend full of activities — from exhilarating shows and engaging exhibits to games, delicious eats, animal showcases, and so much more!

Our 2026 theme, “Share What You Know, Show What You Grow,” celebrates the connection between rural and urban communities. It highlights the value of sharing knowledge, skills, and local traditions while inviting everyone to appreciate where their food comes from and connect with local producers. Whether you grow, make, or create, the theme encourages everyone to showcase their talents and contribute to a stronger, more connected community.

Chairperson's Message

Denise Alexander
Woodstock Ag. Society

This year’s theme embodies the idea that we all have something valuable to teach our children, whether it be growing food, cooking, sewing, or just teaching them how to be good friends and neighbours.

We are thrilled this year to partner with Ribfest, so look forward to excellent entertainment and delicious ribs. In addition, we welcome the return of the Midway—let the fun begin!

Don’t forget that the Homecraft competitions and Flower Show are open to everyone to enter. We look forward to seeing how much local talent there is in Woodstock—showcase your skills; you may win a prize!

The Fair Planning Committee has been busy since last September to ensure everyone enjoys the 2026 Fair. A big thank you to our staff and volunteers who work so hard preparing, and to the Woodstock business community for sponsorship, in-kind support, and donations—without you, this weekend of fun and entertainment could not happen!

Homecraft Message

The Convenors of the Homecraft competitions welcome you to the 2026 Woodstock Fair. The theme this year is “Share What You Know – Show What You Grow”. There are plenty of choices for you to exhibit your handiwork, and we encourage you to enter as many items as you can.

Thank you to everyone who contributes in any way to the success of the Fair. The future of the Woodstock Fair depends on the willingness of the whole community to participate whether as staff, volunteer, sponsor, exhibitor or fair goer. You are all much appreciated and we look forward to seeing you again in August.
