The South Western Ontario Dairy Symposium is organized by Dairy Farmers of Ontario through its Dairy Producer Committees throughout Ontario, in cooperation with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness. It is a one-day Speaker Program covering current topics and issues important to Ontario dairy producers with a complimentary tradeshow and a catered lunch featuring new and innovative Canadian dairy products.
