Aug 27th 2021, Clarification Update
The 2021 Woodstock Fair has been cancelled, but Campbell Amusements is hosting the Midway. Though the typical Fair exhibits and animals will not be present, please come out to enjoy the great rides, games and carnival food that Campbell Amusements has to offer starting Thursday August 26th through to Sunday August 29th.
Aug 26th 2021, Cancellation of the Woodstock Fair 2021
It is with a heavy heart that the Board of Directors of the Woodstock Agricultural Society and the Woodstock Fair announce the cancellation of the 2021 Fair, originally scheduled for August 26th - 29th.
As much as we would love to see the fairgrounds filled with family and friends this year, the Board unanimously decided that the safety of our visitors, volunteers, vendors and staff is our primary concern. We are doing our part in keeping everyone safe and look for a strong return in 2022.
Without our patrons and sponsors’ support we wouldn’t be where we are today. We are looking forward to working with you again in 2022.
Please follow our social media pages and website for further updates and announcements.
The Woodstock Agricultural Society looks forward to seeing you at the Fair in 2022.
Sincerely,
Denise Alexander, Karen Trick & Robin Newton-Smith

Chairperson's Message
Wow, it is hard to believe the Woodstock Fair is right around the corner. The Fair Planning Committee has been working diligently to make this year’s fair a treat for everyone!
Our theme this year is “Trucks, Tractors and Treasures” and there will be plenty to see and do including lawn mower races, demolition derby, children’s play area, poultry barn, hay bale competition, cattle shows, horse shows, touch a truck, Old MacDonald’s Barn, 4-H Competitions, Campbell’s Midway, movies and much more. Brent and Sarah will be back again this year with a brand new show. Follow our Facebook page for our countdown to the fair as well as updates during the fair week.
Enjoy a variety of entertainment in the Oxford Auditorium including the best tasting pie contest and new this year the best decorated cake contest and auctions. Don’t forget our pet show, home craft displays, Rise to Fame, 4-H displays and the Horticultural and Floral Design Show. Stop by our Oxford Auditorium Kitchen to enjoy the many offerings for lunch or dinner.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of the volunteers, exhibitors and sponsors whose continued support makes this event possible.
Enjoy the treasures of this year’s fair!

The Sponsors
The Woodstock Agricultural Society is a not for profit organization. And putting on an event like the fair each year would be a daunting task if not for the valued support of it's generous Sponsors. These Sponsors donate time and money to help book events like derbys, rodeos and musical events during the fair. And it helps us to keep the fair free!
